whats this rep system anyways?how do u find out what somones rep is?
you get points when someone repps you and then your points and status go up.
you just click on the scales in the top right hand corner and approve of the advice you have been given and that adds to the users repp and points.
you also build points and repp by the amount of posts you answer.
when repping just hit the scales and remember to leave your comment and your name and the person will know who repped them and therefore can return the repp.
.<<<<<<<<<<<<< hit these scales.hit the scales and you will soon get some back.

if a user giving rep has less than 200 posts, their rep is not counted for you. its just for niceness

I just figured out rep like...2 weeks ago. I swear I must be half retarded. But basically, there are little scales up near the top right corner of someone's post. If someone leaves you good advice or does a good job, you should give them rep. Also, you can also see your rep by clicking the My Rollitup tab on the upper left hand corner of the page.
