16 inches from top of the canopy...but its not hot at all have a fully cooled hood with max fan for cool,

Give it sufficient water, dont overwater OR underwater.

So im in hydroton and i water 2 15 min flood and a 5 min flood just to moisten

Just sounds like your plant is stressed out somehow. And if it's not the P, then it might be the water that you're using.
Have you made any changes to the kind of water you're using? Is it hard water? Or is it filtered water?
The only other thing I can think of is the heat or the pH. And if those things check out, just work a bit more on stabilizing the schedule for your plant because that's probably something else that can stress the plants out.
You need to make sure you are being as consistent with your plants as possible or else they get all messed up and they start screwing up.
SOmetimes you just have to be patient and the plants will right themselves. They're smart like that.
I'll keep checking in to see what happens.
