renewel questions

my moms card says good till december paper work says october so she good to do a renewel and how does she do that as she would be changing me to caregiver witch she already has and i never recevied anything but they cashed my 10 dollar money order few months ago never heard anything after that so i would like to know how do i go about this renewel i just print the forms out send em in for what i see a physician certifaction has to be filled out when she got her orginal one she did it all at a weed seminar in ann arbor so was wondering how to go about this renewel and how much it will cost thanks in advance yall

i was gonna pay for her renewel but started thinking is it cheap to pay for her renewel or just get my own card since im on ssi and my fee will be 25 instead of 100 but dont i have to also pay a weed dr and all that plus dunno if i even will be acpted for it let me know thanks again and how much do you guys think it will be for her to renew hers and me to just get mine from scratch
