so i bought a 1/2 oz of some super flame, its crispy dry and i want to make it moist just a lil bit not too much and i'm going to cure it for about maybe a week and half, i was told to put like lettuce, fan leaves, orange peels, etc... i have it in a mason jar and i want to time it out right so it doesn't moisten it too much..

Also i want to know if u remoisten ur buds will it affect the THC content.. making it more potent or less potent? i need some knowledge and opinions...

Yeah, 2-3 hours works for me. I like banana(adds a little flavor) peels the most, but I've used a bunch of things over the years. THC will not be affected.

any kind of citrusy fruit peel will work wonders, especially with flavor and aroma. ive heard grapefruit is the danky but havent had a chance to try it yet

There's no curing to be done once it's already dried out, it can't cure, it can't gain THC. You can cerainly add moisture though.

Stick to straight water if you won't be finishing that weed inside of a week.

Fruit or vegetables introduce mold and the ideal food for mold even if you don't leave it in that long. The slightest speck of residue spells the end for that weed in about a week or two if it stays moist at all. Fruit being far worse than vegetables but both will do the same.

Yeah, I guess mold could be a problem if the re-moistened weed is left unattended indefinitely(the same is true for wet weed in general, though). Luckily that won't ever be a problem for me, because my weed gets smoked before mold is even a remote threat.

I just use a piece of paper towel folded up and damp not soaking wet, could cause mold in a week I suppose, but I've never had bud last that long lol.
