Relearning.. need advise please.

I was told by the local hydroponic store that for seedlings they needed nutes.... I followed the directions that the nute company gave in starting off on 1/4 nutes. Maybe next time i'll just hit them with root booster an sit back for a few weeks.

No nutes for at least the first couple of weeks…I wait until the seedlings are three weeks old before adding 200-300ppm. That's probably about 1/8 of what's on the label. I never go more than 1/3 strength, which is about 800 ppms, and I build up to that over 8 weeks.
Just use plain water for the next 2-3 weeks and see if they survive. Also, that pot looks huge. Growth is going to be slow because the roots are going to grow laterally as well as vertically for a while. But don't repot. Just use plain water until they're about 3 weeks old. Ride this one out. Absolutely positively not. I wouldn't have even given it root booster. But its your call. Hopefully it won't be a problem. Lay off the nutes for a month bro you won't regret it.

i plant in mg i'm cheap it has built in nutes i usually don't feed until i go into flower

Thanks for all the advice.. I really messed up with this grow. I will stop with all nutes.. just water as suggested. I am pondering re-potting them tomorrow in a smaller container.... maybe a bit larger than a solo cup? What are your thoughts? Jarlow, I didn't tell him but everyone who goes there is there for the same reasons in that neighborhood. Either way, I appreciate you all taking the time to assist me in my journey to becoming a "grower" once more.

Transplanting is hard on these little seedlings. Even bigger plants need a few days to recover from transplant. You've already done it once, so I think you should just leave her alone right now. The extra time she'll need to grow in a pot that big won't amount to more than a week or 10 days by the end of your grow, and that's pretty negligible over a 4-month process. It would take the same amount of time to chuck this grow and start again from seed, and you'd have wasted the seed.
I'd recommend plain water until she has developed at least three sets of new leaves…it might take a little longer because of the bigger-pot issue, but by then her roots will be well developed and ready for light nutes. And then her growth will bust out. So just be patient!

Thank you very much for your reply. This is my first run in over 17 years... the timeframe for harvest is less important to me than getting it right this grow. I feel like I'm a newb starting out all over again. Is there any upside to having such big pots at this time? I mean would it develop a stronger root system than if I had transplanted them in a solo cup etc?

So no more nutes until the two little mini leaves fall off.. and no repotting. I will keep them the way they are until I see a growth spurt.... ty.
