Honestly i dont think EM is the same as he was... the marshal mathers lp was the shit... but after the eminem show i think he got a big head like weezy. ... theres nothing worse that a cocky dude, espec a rapper.

... also ive heard 2 or 3 songs off the album and really didnt think they were that great. ..like pop a bottle? i hate that song. its so juvenile

It certainly has my attention peaked, waiting for a listen now... I liked some of his earlier work.
I actualy expect this to be good now that the eminem limelights have for the most part faded and he will have to compete on merit.

Listened to it niw....

yeah, its a bit gangsta for me now... On the plus side there are 20 tracks, so a few had to be goodish. Nothing charttopping though...

I finally heard the album today and I gotta say, he's definitely redeemed himself from what I was expecting out of him, and thank GOD, cuz it's definitely an excellent album.

Honestly, this album is pretty amazing, lyrically and musically (considering Dre produced pretty much every song except "Beautiful") and I know how I am with Em, so I'll be listening to this for a few months now.

Puff, I hear what you're saying about the singles that he's put out, because I was definitely a little iffy when I heard them, but the album is damn good.

Now Weezy is a completely different story, cuz I can't help but feel like he's over doing it and about to wear out his welcome, and that's hard to say coming from the greater New Orleans area. (But, shamefully, I still listen to him)

i dont really understand what it hype is about weezy, i listened to a quite a few tracks but i just cant stand his voice, thats just my opinion but he must be doing something right as he was voted best rapper alive on mtv last year or the one before

that song We Made You is the wackest song ive herd in a while

I like Crack a Bottle because of Dr. Dre's verse. We Made You sucked Jessica Simpson's verse is the only thing that makes the song okay lol
his songs either suck or are depressing besides Crack a Bottle...

I have liked listening to relapse. It's a good change up from all the other rappers. He definetly has a rare style. It's very catchy and his lyrics are off the wall... He makes you listen, that's his job!
