Regarding shipping

When one attempts to have something shipped via fed ex

what can happen in the event that it gets seized my police?

I had a friend who was sending things via mail, cops found out/found package. Replaced items inside with a look-alike and put an alarm inside to report when opened. When alarm went off raid was executed and person was charged. This was in Canada, so i imagine they can do alot worse in the US.

depends on what it is, A few seeds? They will probably confiscate it, LBs of bud or hardcore drugs? They will send a undercover and if you sign for the package you are fucked. Depending on what it is, Once they find out you are fucked, They don't even gotta have you sign.

IM NO LAWYER, i just know a little about law unfortunately lol, take all my posts with a grain of salt

I knew a girl who was expecting 1/2lb via purolater.. It didn't show up, so she called to track it from a pay-phone.. The purolator lady tracked it and said "Oh, the police have your package.." She never heard another thing about it.. Also a Canadian story, I guess it's a craps shoot..

It depends, the second it crosses state lines, that's federal and they don't take kindly to that kind of shipping.

The water is murky if it's inter-state. If you use USPS, that's a federal agency and since medical marijuana is illegal on a federal level, the repercussions are and will be serious.

Most states do not have provisions for shipping medications within the states, so it's a gray area, at best. I'd suggest, that if you absolutely must ship something, to use a personal courier service. If you can't use that, then just don't bother. The downsides far outweigh upsides.
