Regarding Discreet mailing within the States!

“In the United States, cannabis seeds cannot cross state lines because marijuana products are still illegal under federal law. Though rare, transporting the products across state lines could result in federal criminal charges. This is true even if you are purchasing cannabis seeds in a state that authorizes it and entering a state that also authorizes it.”

Take a package marked “Cannabis Seeds” to the post office and tell them you need to mail it. If it’s so
A professional breeder probably knows the law better than whoever wrote that article.
Lol. A law site. But breeders know the laws better. Lol. Go mail some and prove it. Marked cannabis seeds. Fragile.

Currently, cannabis seeds are legal to possess. They are also legal to trade, meaning that it is legal to buy and sell cannabis seeds. Before you get too excited, there is something that you should know with regards to this legality. It is not legal to germinate, grow, or cultivate those seeds in any way. Therefore, the grey area is born.

Now, if seeds are legal to have, shouldn’t they be permitted at customs? Not necessarily. Customs can stop seeds if they suspect that there is an intent to germinate, cultivate and then sell the cannabis plant. And if this intent to grow and then sell is proven, then harsh penalties can follow suit.”

A generic site that covers millions of laws vs. the guy who make their living based on that specific law. Like I said I used to not be able to buy from US seed banks. I believe they changed the law in 2017.

Well they’re still seizing seeds at O’Hare. Perhaps you could arrange a Zoom teleconference with them and their legal team at Customs and inform them of these changes.

Honestly I think that has more to do with shipping seeds in general than cannabis seeds.

I want a small pack of your beans if you're splitting up your stash. You ever see a xmas card or birthday card with no return address? Same deal just send em bud, no worries if it's sent in contiguous 48 states. Make it look like a birthday card if you want to feel a bit safer. Dont try to be all Mission Impossible and drop them off at a usps drop box with a hat covering your face.
Im serious tho about getting on ur list of recipients if i can.

Just send them I wouldn’t worry about the return address. My wife works for the post office never had an issue. If your sending stuff with in the United States youre good now worries.
thank you sir
I never use a return address for ebay packages. You can just omit your name and address entirely. As long as they have a destination usps will send it. Only difference is if it cannot be delivered for some reason they just bin it instead of trying to send it back to you
thanks for the input, good information.

Thank you all for all the info, was a great source of information from all sides. I'm pretty sure it will also help others if they run into a similar situation.

I’ve never had prints or spore syringes held up. Maybe luck.
My Partner tells me spores can’t be regulated because there is no active molecules. Similar to seeds having thc below the government’s threshold I’ve Never had anything in Us to US shipping held up. Just once importing seeds from Europe and Customs found them. nothing Happened other than I didn’t get my seed order
