refurbished ballasts

I am on a budget and I am looking for an HID kit with a refurbished ballast. I checked out insidesun.com and found a 400w for $145 w/o shipping. Is this a good price. Anyone else know where i can get something like this for cheaper?

i just bought a digital 600w off ebay they have lots of really good deals. id start there you may be able to get a brand new one for the same price
