300x300mm?actually i'm looking for max dispersion, a large rectangular pcb would do, preferably at least twice the size of qb's.
Cheers

How expensive would it be to make a few prototypes to test with? I assume the most cost is in the retooling???, so I figured I would ask. Im running 35 now per 140mm with no issues and it is running cooler than a 3590 is but it isnt apples to oranges . Between 25 and 35 would be great I think. Could you PM me the billbased on 3 watts per chip 25 would be around 75 watts, you probably would not want much more

I should have asked what drive current are you running these at? do you want all in series or addressable for different colours, I assume you dont want any kind or secondary optic? How expensive would it be to make a few prototypes to test with? sorry should also asked mounting holes, which heatsink do you want to use?How expensive would it be to make a few prototypes to test with? Now that I think about it, 300mm by 300mm would be great. eight boards would cover a 2x4 with complete coverage.300x300mm?
