Reflectors

Hey there guys and gals,
Just wondering what every thinks about refelctors. What do you guys prefer? I have always used a housed or traditional bat-wing reflector, but I was looking into parabolic.

Any feedback at all would be great!

Depends on a lot of different factors. What style of grow are you going for? What strains are you using? How do they react to what you have now, etc, etc? 1000W with parabolic reflectors spread the light out extremely well, but you won't be able to cool them if that makes a difference. I'd stay away from parabolics if using anything less than a 1000 watts though.

i use a piece of cardboard shaped like a bat wing centered with a piece of of wood 2 1/2 x 1/4 " where my lights attach rapped all around in mylar..i think the reflector is over-rated so many ways to make your own..peace pot prosperity..

thanks guys im going for a spread out autoflower grow, so its basically ground coverage. Im gonna have like 2 400w so I'll prolly just stick with the cheap econo-wing.
