Reflectors Help

shite mate. i wouldnt touch them temp in the room was way to high when i used this. i bought another air cooled reflector instead works a treat.

they're good for the job they were designed for. which is to reflect the light onto your plants

if you intend to put a 600w bulb in there you will have heat issues. too much heat will stress your plants. an air-cooled device such as a cooltube will help with the heat.

but if you intend to use a bulb with low wattage, that reflector will do just fine with a small extraction fan to eliminate the unwanted heat.

all depends on the size of your set-up

cupboard dimensions are 1ft.5"/2ft.4" by 10ft high

was going to use a 400w with it and have the ballast out the room for heat reasons

or i could get my hands on 2 x 150w hps light if that would be better

400w is great for that space. but 10ft high? you may have difficulty hanging your quipment..

my friend has a similar setup except he split the closet into 2 sections. above he had his veggin room and below the flower room. he used lowryders so this setup was perfect. veg room had 2 65w cfl's and flower a 250w cfl and 2 side 23w cfls. he really made use of the space!
