Reflecting light

I'm just getting started all and would like some advice on how to line the inside of my grow box to get the best results weather it be a type of paint etc.cheers

White plastic you buy from hydro' stores is the best, IMO. I buy the white-black-white... supposedly gives up to 100% reflection.

Your a champ.One more thing if I could.I will be growing small plants Is it nessesary to put fluros on the sides.

The more light you can give your plants the better. So long as you can combat the heat, then use as much light as you can get.

I've never used it, but Mylar apparently works great reflectively.
