Sounds sort of like poison oak or ivy. Maybe the weed was grown in a thicket of the stuff and you were exposed to the oils. Did anyone else that smoked it with you develop any symptoms? Also, was anyone really sick in the week or so leading up to your smoking day?
How much did you smoke? If it was a small amount, then it will clear from your system pretty quick. A doctor probably would not look in that direction anyway, as the symptom your describing is not one associated with Cannabis use.

I only smoked it with one person and he has smoked it for months(it's good stuff) I only had like 5 tokes.
He has nothing so I'm just thinking it might be that I'm allergic to it(which would suck

I doubt your rash is from the weed, more likely it's from poison ivy or something else entirely. Did you (or whoever does your laundry) recently start using a new detergent? Any new cleaning products around the house? Stuff like that can cause rashes, too.

Doctors are not narcs, they're bound to confidentiality unless you admit to crimes against others. Even then, most doctors probably don't want to deal with it. You can tell them you smoke weed. They probably do not really care anyway, they're just trying to do their job.
