Red hairs too early

Is it possible that my white widow went through and early phase of having all hairs turn red and is then going to go through another grow phase (not uncommon) where there are lots more white hairs coming in? Has anyone had any experience with this. Im at about week 7 and buds havent really filled in, they are there but still airy. Maybe because I didnt want to over water, I might have actually underwatered even though I used a moisture gauge and the plants always looked vibrant with arms raised And with 18 gal. rubbermaids you cant use the "lift to test moisture" method. Its always fackin heavy and really kinda ackward with a bush in your face. Anyway no stress here but Im puzzled by the abundance of red hairs this soon. Thanks for any replies. ;-)

7 weeks its pretty normal to show red hairs. you will still get new growth of white ones too. Just wait it out it will be fine. You should start flushing now and harves in about two weeks. They will really start filling out now!

I usually see red's at week 3. and sometimes it seems like the plant get's a second wind and just keeps going. I have a white widow right now on week 8 and it's showing no sign of slowing down. Just be patient and wait it out you won't be disappointed

Many thanks everyone for all the replies. Ya Im really finding out there are so many different ways these plants can grow. I probably had all red hairs at 4 weeks but tmy plants really kept growing and now they have slowed some so no big deal just lookin for some feedback on that. It seems like the widow might go longer like some plants can. But Ill wait it out.
When I flipped to 12/12 I used the 48 hrs of dark and then started counting days in flower making May 31 my 60th day. Ill throw up some pics. Hps is on sut here goes.
I fuckin love this site thanks again. :peace:

Here are the pictures Ive got they dont show the closeups but you can get an idea of where the plants are at in their cycle. I just would have figured days, lights, size they should be alittle bigger. HAHA on me. when I say that it makes me laugh, doesnt everyone wish they were alittle bigger. Unless their hung like a horse HAHA!
Cheers!

I have a Bubblegum that gets huge buds with giant white hairs early, like wk 4. The hairs start turning red in clumps early on too. A group of false pods hairs decide to go red and really stands out amongst the white clumps. This gradually turns into a higher percentage of redness towards week 5-8 as usual. It is wierd when my buds go that red and still continues to grow new clumps of calyxes with white hairs. It makes me go hmm?
