Red hairs early

I am 4 weeks into flowering as of 9/3/2013 my 5th week is coming up on the 10th of this month. I never did anything special no special nutrients no special lighting (3 23w 2700k 4k-4.5k lumens) no special soil (organic 79 cent bag) no special seed (bag seed) all I have done was top the plant and super crop about 1 month into Veg. Now the real question is should I be getting all of these red hairs so early into flowering? Here are some pics ( Before anyone says anything Yeah i know i went a little crazy in the pruning... Newbie mistake but i think she's doing beautifully)First grow 1.jpgFirst grow 2.jpg

I think theyre right. something with stress. i had a indoor TP hermie on me from over topping i think.... so i put it outside and after it rained i saw something very similar on the top hairs of just the top nugs.but the leaves werent burned so i didnt think over fert what so ever and I havent done that in years...after i let her chill out the hairs up top are perking back up / looking more normal. stress perhaps.

It's far from a hermie i check every day just in case, I keep the soil moist and well as it is my first grow i like to check up on it like every hour haha i don't overwater but i make sure the top soil isn't soaked and isn't dry i water it every other day.

Wouldn't there be more signs of stress than just the red hairs though? i mean yeah it probably is stressed but i can't quite put it outside yet even the baby nugs are gaining red hairs i read on here that it could also mean they are maturing i might be a week off flowering.
