Red hairs at 3rd week of budding

Any advice on this... Just started seeing all these red hairs this morning. Had a bit of rain with temp drop over night.
Could this just be the strain?
Also no smell yet at all. In week 3 going into week 4.
Plant was bent at the top but would have stood 6ft.
Found the seeds in my draw and took a punt on them...

The pistils appear to have been pollinated. You may notice that the pistil has changed color only at the top and has not turned evenly brown, and this may be a sign of pollination.
I don't want to bullshit you since I grow indoors and I don't grow outdoors and there are many factors that could affect the color of the pistils (strong wind, some sprayed product, water and if you touched them with your hands) so probably someone more experienced will be able to help you more but in my opinion it has been pollinated.

Do you remember if the pistils were like this before the rain? as I said above, the rain could also have caused damage or however it could also be that the water above the flowers did not have time to dry well and the light burned the tips but these are just suppositions..
I have seen many photos about this for similar problems in the past and 90% of the time it was pollination.
