Is it possible to reuse soil after pulling the roots out of a felt pot? Can it be treated with enzymes?

Yes for sure. Just be sure to rinse it well and run it in a solution of hydrogen peroxide, then buffer in light nutrient solution. Enzymes works but will take longer time.

LABS/EM1 is really good for this sort of thing.

I reuse my holes once or twice on test strains I created I just add stuff to it in early spring like blood and bone meal and all that and it works pretty good for 1 or 2 more seasons

I reuse soil and coco all the time. Never had any problems. With used soil I amend it with some organic goodies, bag it up, and let it sit for awhile. I actually think it's better than brand new in the bag soil. I used to toss it in the garden but I stopped doing that as it seemed like a waste to just keep buying new soil. Everything seems to grow just fine. So I'll keep recycling soil. I've kept the bags from soil I've bought and have a half dozen bags amended and filled up.

I just did another batch yesterday that will be used for anything I grow. Cannabis, flowers, houseplants, etc... I'm going 100% self sustainable and have a pile of compost composting and a ghetto worm bin full of worms making EWC. There will be a few things I'll have to buy like rice hulls to provide aeration as I've banned perlite from my property. I despise perlite and want nothing to do with it. An organic farm supply place down the road has 6 cf of rice hulls for $17. They also have 10 pound bricks of coco for $7. And I'm supporting a local small business.
