Recycled Glass growing medium

Hallo I'm going to try using recycled glass as grow medium what do you guy's think ??? I been using limestone as grow medium my PH was always off 7/8 the results wasn't so bad because I kept my reservoir PH at about 4.5 and it was a hell of a job to keep it steady and now I don't think it will give me any problem since glass won't change the PH I think or I am wrong

Might cut the roots?

I would think that the sharp edges would cut the roots like givememeganja said.

OK their might be some sharp edges if been working with them for the last 2 day bare handed and so far no scar I know the roots are more sensitive and I won't be moving my container so the glass can cut the roots

It's on the list for another DWC. Don't worry about the roots. It is a proven medium. +rep for having a brain and recycling at the same time.
