Recs for Back Pain

One of the reasons that I started growing again was to grow some meds to help with my chronic back pain. Having a particularly bad day with it today, and thinking about out my next grow. Ideally I want something that well help with the pain, but let me still be functional both mentally and physically. My secondary med needs are for depression.

I have a Peak Seeds BC Skunkberry just finishing up which, hopefully, should help. And I have a Northern Lights about ready to go into flower, which hopefully will be helpful too.

Seeds that I have on hand which I think might be good candidates:
bodhi
Raspberry Hashplant
Lemon Hashplant V2

Bad Dawg
Death Star x 3 Headed Dragon
Ortiga x 3 Headed Dragon

Schwaggy
Chem D x Black Triangle

GPS
Cowboy Kush

Useful
Blueberries n Chocolate
Blackened Oranges

Thoughts on those that I have on hand, or others out there that might be beneficial? Thanks

Along with smoking for relief maybe consider trying something that would make a strong topical cream. They are easy to make.
Topicals don't work for all types of back pain but for some back and neck pains topicals are awesome.
I'll follow along, I'm always interested in strains that would be good for back pain.
Good luck!

White Rhino or the same strain by the actual original breeder Mr Nice’s Medicine Man. Always good medicine for chronic pain.

That death star cross your holding might be a winner, I have the Ohio death star cut and the guy i got it from uses it for his pain issues. I think it's kinda a heavy smoke tho and don't smoke it much, but if I was in pain I'd try whatever I thought would help.

Been meaning to get my hands on some White Rhino too, for the same - chronic back pain. I tend to use anything Indica heavy at night - kush etc, and sativa dom during the day/morning. The relief I get is totally different though, Kush types for literal body pain and sleep, and more sativa dom to just simply forget about the pain and get some energy...

I have similar experience as hawse. Nirvana Master Kush was good for LBP relief and sleep. I don't really have a sativa dom daytime strain now but I have Nirvana Super Skunk in jars and it seems to be a sativa heavy pheno. I've started two Nirvana Blackjacks and two OG Kush this grow. I'm hoping the Blackjack works for the daytime sativa dominate relief. It has Jock Horror for the sativa ish parent. OG Kush will hopefully give me the heavy go to sleep smoke.
I've found that dry ice kief works well too. I throw a little kief on a bud in a bowl and it takes the edge off for an hour or so. That White Rhino sounds like a must try too. GL!

Cool, I love Master Kush... gets your body tingly and a fantastic body buzz. For what it's worth, I grew out several OG Kush phenos from sensibleseeds which were some freebies, and they all gave me a pretty solid sativa type buzz. I think my phenos were pretty sativa dom though by look, grew tall and fluffy buds all except one which was short and more indica... And that classic pine/lemon/fuel smell, super strong smell, could smell it through glass jars... I think they were probably more on the chem dawg side of things maybe?

Have you considered high CBD strains such as 20:1 cbd/thc?

I have a chronic, no cure situation that's all spine and joints. My days start with cbd flower then, as needed work my way up. Copper chem is right on for flares.
Hope you find the relief that's best for you.
