Nah, I think that people who pay doctors for a bullshit consultation about a bullshit medical problem so that they can smoke "legally" should be the ones punished, as they are encouraging doctors to undermine the MMJ laws and eventually those same laws will be amended so that very few will benefit.

Do you think that if Marijuana was legalized for everyone we would have to worry about this? Why not just legalize it for everyone rather than force people to get a prescription? Not to mention every one with a prescription did have a doctor say that their ailment could be treated with marijuana. If it is a medicine for you, why not use Marinol?
