Recovery time

Might sounds like a stupid question and guessing it depends on size and strain (and possibly allot of other factors regarding room and nutes) but roughly how long would u say after defoliating or cutting stems would u say that the plant has recovered healing and if it’s classed as the same thing but getting over the stress of it ?

It depends on overall plant health and environmental conditions. And how much stress was put on her.

It depends on how much you removed at one time..
I remove in steps and don't take more than 10% of leaves at a time..

yeh figured it would all depend on all the variables - just thought maybe there might be a standard "after 3 days ur good" I defoliated and took some cuttings yesterday was hoping to flip at the end of the week, wasn't sure if I should leave it longer than a week or even if I could do it sooner

It will still fill in the first two weeks after flip
But why the rush?
they have been vegging way to long and out of the 8 in, 3 arnt doing so well (just stunted and constantly showing deficiency with cal/mag), its hydro so tricky to feed them independently, I've taken cuttings from the plants that are growing with no issues so will wait to see how they do with yield and smoke, also had 24 cuttings of a friends plant that got a 6oz yield with not much loving (10wks veg and 10 flower) and was real nice and easy going so just kinda want these out the way so the sooner I can flip them the better but as much as I say that I don't wanna rush it after waiting so long if I have to wait another 2 weeks for recovery or something then so be it, but if I can do it after 3 days then that's also cool, hope that all make sense tho
