Recovery Period...please help.

Hi Guys. Can someone please tell me how long do you have to go through a recovery period after recieving clones. Each one is about 55mm from top of pot to the tip and really healthy so im wanting to switch to 12/12 as soon as. thank you for your comments.

If they are actually rooted the you can flip the switch now, or give them a week of veg then flip.
