recommend some anime

After stumbling on the ARISE (Ghost in the Shell) series last week, I've been on sort of a kick. It's sort of all i can watch, really. Finished all seasons of Afroninja on Monday, and then polished off every last episode of Death Note yesterday. Currently watching the last episode of Samurai Champloo, and so far, it's definitely been my favorite.
Anyways, I've got a whole day of trimming ahead of me and need something else to check out. I know there's probably a few of you out there who can recommend something gnarly...

Claymore, the Gundam Wing series from the mid-90's, and of course AKIRA. I've seen that movie probably almost a dozen times and I'm still not entirely sure what happens in it. Usually because I'm on the moon when watching it.

You gotta check out David Firth stuff. It is not anime, it is animated tho and is a bit dated, but a very curious series. Salad Fingers is my fav. Burnt face man is rather cool too.

Don't know the anime you speak of. I haven't watched much at all since the aforementioned movie. So, worth a check-out? If you were to pick a number one fav? The "AKIRA movie", would be the download?
