Recommend fertilizer for Veg stage

Just be aware that when you fertilize mineralically, you need to drain & waste the old nute solution out of the pot or it can lead to a toxic salt buildup.
Which implies you will also get rid partially of beneficial bacteria, humics & other stuff that is currently embedded in that organic soil.
Another main difference of organics vs mineralic is that organic is typically 'slow-release', so in times of quick need a mineralic feed can be a more quick remedy of a deficiency.
When I run salt based nutes in an organically rich medium, I simply fertilize intermittently at lower feed levels, and toxicity isn't an issue.

Hello everyone !! So this is how my plant is today. It’s identified as a female so far lol I do notice she is a little lighter in green I haven’t watered since Tuesday. & that’s really about it. Just don’t know what the lighter green should mean ? What do you guys think ?

It says to use 1 cup… obviously I’m not going to put that much. Should I start off with 3 Table spoons ? NPK 4-6-3

It is in a 5 gallon pot
I'd start with 1/4 cup, then add another 1/4 cup in a week or two.

I'd also grab a bag of veg nutes though when you can, especially if you plan to reuse your soil. But there's nothing wrong with that stuff. It just has more P than N, and too much P can cause issues. But that stuff doesn't have a crazy amount of P, so you'll be fine.

I love dry amendments.

What are veg nutes? Also I just did a Tablespoon & water just about an hour ago.

That fertilizer contains more Phosphor and Calcium than Nitrogen & Potassium and that looks like a recipe for disaster for veg, and with tapwater.
It seems like an organic slow-release fert for an outdoor veggies garden...

Just meaning a more veg NPK. With more N than P. That stuff will be fine though.

And 1 TBLS isn't shit in 5 gallons. But it's always good to start lower when trying new stuff.
Okay so I should just apply more next water you think ? they have a tea mixture I was going to try ! 1 cup of the fertilizer then one gallon of water let it sit for 24 hours

Where do you see the nutrient values?

This is all I can find, and it looks OK, even though I'm not a fan of nutes that contain mycos and bacteria. It's just got more P than I'd want in veg.

Ingredients: Fish bone meal, feather meal, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, soft rock phosphate, fish meal, potassium sulfate, humic acid, seaweed extract and seven strains of Pro-Biotic beneficial soil microbes, PLUS Ecto and Endo Mycorrhizae.

Ya, I'd just give it 1/4 cup next time you water, and mix it in a little to the top layer. Mulch is also helpful with organics, but sometimes I'm lazy and don't keep up with my mulch layer.

Okay I’ll do that then. I mixed it in the top layer of soil when I did the table spoon & okay I’ll get some mulch soon ! Hopefully in the meantime it helps
