Hey, hey, hey it’s Rocketman the eunuchoid with the high pitch squeaky little voice and all the pic-proof… all smoked up, rocking and rolling, bubbling and stumbling along, always trying to be “somebody.”

Danners are hands down the best. Diaphram airpumps are 1 million times quieter than those commercial ones, for only slightly less money. Do yourself a favor and a replacement kit for it, liek $10. If it goes out u can just replace same day instead of running to the store. They make different sizes depending on how many buckets you got.
I may be dissented on this but here goes. My suggestion would be to find a similarly powered aquarium pump instead of a hydro oriented pump. I run 2 closed system 5 gallon buckets with a round air stone in each. I run a pump i got at my local hydro store in one, and a cannabalized pump from an old fish tank. While i think the hydro has more longevity and is sturdier, the fish pump is much much quieter.
Cheers
