Recommend a good light system?

I am looking to switch up from a 150 to a 400w air-cooled set up. Was looking for an entry level complete setup. Maybe 150-200$. Anyone think apollo horticulture complete setup a are worthi it? Or any other suggestions please guys let me know.

apollo and ipower both have some good low price setups if i were you though id look on craigslist first niggas always selling their equipment on there

I am currently running 3 of the apollo rigs. I have 2 400s and 1 600. They are great. I bought them to replace my lumatek, and I actually like the apollos better. The bulbs are ok, I replace them after every grow though.
