The title pretty much sums it up. I just moved to a new house within the same city, but my address no longer matches the one on my MMJ card. Do I need to update my address? If so, how?

Thanks in advance.

YES. If you get busted at your new place with the wrong address you void and screwed. Most people just wait to re new comes up and then changes there address but I'm not most people and I hate jail lol. Just go to michigan.gov and print off a change of address form brotha.

Peace-

I never signed anything or was given anything, nor read anything that states that your grow address must match the address where you are registered. In fact, the forms specifically say "mailing address". Has some law changed that I do not know about? If so, please link me to a source so I can make sure I'm up to date with policy.

Why the fuck do people like you say shit when you don't know anything what your replying too?

You don't need to change SHIT, you don't have to update your current address even if your a caregiver and you also can grow ANYWHERE you want without update the address to your current one, and you can also grow at more then one place w/o updating anything, Thanks for giving him bad advice now know what your talking about before you give your next advice.

Silus, Rzza, & Ryan are correct. I was going to say something. But it seems if you actually give correct info on this site you are labeled a know it all/dick... So I did not waste my time.

I personally would still drop $10 and get a card with an accurate address. A shady prosecutor might try to use the incorrect address against you and say you can not use mm in your defense in court. Better safe than sorry.
