RebelGrown Genetics thread

Thought Id open a RebelGrown thread. Its open for anyone whose grown his gear or smoked the flower to drop their experience.
Im running his Sours and OG Chem seedplants outdoors this year. Wont bore ya'll with small plant shots, but I do have what I call a trifoliate OG Chem. Its throwing sets of 3 branches. The trait tends to disappear when the nodes start to alternate insead of growing opposite sets of leaves.
Ill drop some of his other stuff Ive grown also.

5G's Purple flower from Rebel
(F13 x SD) x (OG Chem x C99)
I found 2 phenos. First is Chem dominant leaners. Chem tends to dominate most stuff it touches. But there is a "purple tasting" pheno too. In cold enough conditions, the leaves will turn almost black. A deep purple, but darker.

Heres a medium sized Double OG Chem. This girl is a little over 6 feet and just as wide. This is prolly 3 weeks before preflower stretch. Typically they finish around 7.5-8foot tall. Colas as fat and as long as your arm.

No issues really brother. im North of Toronto and in my microclimate I can run tilll 3rd-4th week of October in a decent year.
No mold issues in 3 yrs of growing the OG Chem and 4yrs+ for the OG Sour. You might get tiny bits of moldy flower you have to pick out late in the season, but thats with almost all outdoor stuff. As a rule, solid for mold and PM resistance.
Being as they are outdoor bred seeds they grow monster plants 7.5-8foot. Branches will hold colas longer than your arm late into season without snapping off, which is crucial for autumn winds and rain I always get late in the season.
I tend to underfeed my plants, all organically so weight isnt a priority for me but they can produce 3lbs per plant in a decent year. Id be over 4lbs if I pushed them. Not bad for south-central Ontario location.
Really 0 issues running this gear outdoors. I simply add organic nutes into the soil before planting into ground, water and let mother nature take care of the rest. Top dress 2-3 times in late August-early Sept. Let em rip.
I highly recommend them for outdoor growing if you are able to run them the distance, typically late 2nd week to 4th week of October north of Toronto for me. Ill take a bit of frost damage to make sure they are very mature before I harvest.

I've grown Double OG Chem indoors, what issues have you found with it outdoors?
Haha, if I had 1 issue growing thsi stuff is that they are so large by mid October that they can be spotted a farm field away. All other vegetation is dead except corn and then you have these big ass green plants that can be seen from a long way off.

I'm in Oklahoma, have grown 5 years outdoors, plants get huge and I give them lots of support! I love the taste and effects of Double OG Chem, great to know they do well outdoors. Do you have leaf septoria in your area? That is the biggest problem here.

nah, my issue here is because Im between 2 Great Lakes morning dew/morning moisture is an issue from mid August till October. Plus frost in Oct.
If the genetics are mold prone, the conditions for mold persist and can wipe your gear out quickly.
Never had an issue with Rebel's stuff as far as mold or PM goes. Except for that typical dime sized mold that can pop up on tight flowers. But that could be any plant outdoors. His stuff is bulletproof for my area.
I heard Oklahoma be wildin'. You guys have plant counts there? I heard its pretty much wide open if you growing cannabis. Here we have a 4 plant - plant count. I normally grow enough for the next 10 neibours lol.
