Really tall seedlings, getting taller.

Hi all. I have some seedlings that have been vegging for about a week. They are getting really tall and have their first set of "real" leaves. some have the second set coming in. only problem is that they are getting really tall, like about 8 inches now, still sitting in their peat pellets, and two of them are already leaved over A LOT because of the weight from the tops. i think it may be because they are still in the peat, and they need more room now. should i go ahead and move them to individual buckets?

also, if anyone can throw this out there, what is a good basic soil i dont need to mess around with too much now or later that i could probably find at a nursery?

just a guess but i heard plants stretch when they don't have enough light how much light you got on those suckers? just get some local soil from a garden store try to get organic soil, just my preference. if/when you move them to soil, or i guess you could do this in moss stick a wood ruler or bamboo stick in
