Really need some help ID'ing this problem

Hey all, really need some help here, never had any issues like this :(

They're all on day 12 after being placed in soil. They're both Ethos, 2 Original Mandarin Cookies (first two pics) and 2 Planet of the Grapes (pics 3&4)

I thought I had this all taken care of, I got my new pH meter and realized the tap I was watering with was INSANELY high, so I was like oh yeah that's an easy fix, so I've watered them twice since then with 6.5 water, runoff is in the same range, but they just seem to be getting worse :( Idk what the hell I'm doing wrong here and I'm starting to feel bad for these lil girls.

I'm in a 4x4 Mars Hydro tent with Mars Hydro TS3000 and AC Infinity T6 fan/filter/controller. Temps range from 68-74, RH ranges from 40-60% (only goes below 50% when the humidifier runs out, and the AC Infinity controller notifies me when it gets too low so I always refill it pretty fast)
I'm in 7gal fabric pots (transplanted from solos when 2 of the four had roots sticking outta the bottom of the cup) Coast of Maine Stonington Blend with 20% added perlite and a small amount of Espoma lime.
As far as nutes and stuff, all I've used so far was a tiny bit of Recharge when I first put them into soil, and a small drink of Fish Shit (2mL /gal) on their first watering in soil.

If there's any other info you need, just ask. Any help will be very much appreciated.

See that moisture way far away from the seedling, that's bad. If it were me, I'd pop them up and replant in a solo cup.

I don't grow autos, but if done properly and on time you won't get any "transplant shock", so no reason to start in a big container unless you are just trying to cut corners in which case, why even ask for help

Looks like pH or lockout. How much lime did you add? And how are you checking pH?

I thought it was bullshit too but it's a brand new pen, calibrated 3 separate times before testing it. And I've checked all the CCR's of the water around me since I'm not 100% sure which one serves me. But nothing out of the ordinary.. My town tap was 8.2 before I moved but this shit doesn't make sense.

Anyway, that's kinda beside the point but I'll go test it again if ya want. I'm just as willing to believe it's wrong as you are

Next time go longer, until a semi substantial root mass builds up, as per this image. It's the reason to transplant, not just to prevent overwatering but to benefit the rhizosphere's development.FB_IMG_1615236831806.jpg
