real afghanistan weed

my mate from the army is getting some real afghanistan weed seeds for me he is a grower aswell and we have both grown afghan b4 but he said these seeds are the best he's ever seen the plats are suppost to be realy strong and diffrent to the afghan seeds we got here could i open a seeds bank with them?
