ready to transplant seedling to 4" pots - what medium and nutes?

Seedlings have been growing for about a week in rapid rooter plugs. I'm ready to transplant them in 4 inch square pots but not sure if I should use a soil (like ocean forest) or soiless medium. If soiless I would think I should add some diluted nutes. But if soil no nutes.

My concern is I don't wan't to burn the delicate seedlings with too much nutes.

Is ocean forest ok for seedlings?
or
Is there a better nute that I should add to a soiless medium?

FFOF's a little hot for seedlings but it'll easily work. I prefer the Nature's Care organic line, personally. Bare bones and completely organic.

Thanks. Those plants are looking super healthy.

I can't get Nature's Care around were I live.

So, it I do ocean forest half n half with a soiless seedling mix that might be best?
