Ready to harvest soon??

I am a newbie and inherited 8 plants a few months ago when they were each already 2-4 weeks. So I think they are 8-12 weeks old. I have done my best with them, and they are budding..some nicely..although all the fan leaves are turning yellow, curling, and falling off. The trichomes look milky to me. But most pistils are still white. I could identify that one plant is wedding cake and one is a strain of Jack Herer. Am I at or close to harvest time? Are the rapidly dieing and falling off leaves normal?
Posting pics - any help is greatly appreciated!!

thanks. So the aggressively dying leaves curling up, turning yellow, etc is all normal? the buds and sugar leaves look fine, but everything below the top looks like its dying

The buds require more nutes. They’re sucking it out of the leaves. Feed more.
thank you. I have been giving each plant 4ml of TPS Bloom 0.4 - 5.0 - 3.0 per each watering, which is about every other day. Every day when its 95degrees+ here in NorCal. If I give each plant about 2.5 gallons of water each time, should I give each more like 10ml of Bloom each time? Sorry for all the questions!

Slow and steady on the nute adjustment. Stuff is powerful and the girls are weak.too much water is counter productive

I’m in NorCal too. I have 5 in the ground crowded way too close together. They get a gallon of water every day. On days like today (100*) they get an extra half gallon about 3pm. I use jacks 20-20-20 in veg once per week. Tablespoon and a half per 5gal. Now that we’re in flower they get Jacks 10-30-20 and are fed 3x week. Same dose as above.
Take your nutes up slow. They require more food in flower. Try to keep them green 6DED0829-888A-400B-9D8B-D320914E0831.jpeg

BEAUTIFUL!

So Jacks 10-20-30 says to use 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. But you use 1.5 tablespoons per 5 gallons of water? And you give each plant typically 1 gallon per day? Does it make a difference that my plants are potted and not int he ground?

Yes it does. Typically potted plants require more nutes. Every other day is how I do my potted plants. I have 3 potted white widows that I flowered in my tent last winter. Cut off all the buds, left a little green on. Placed outside in spring and will be harvesting again next month. Keeping it green. I use cal mag (1.5 tablespoons per 5gal water) for the potted plants as well. My plants do well at the 22.5ml/5gal water ratio. So I think I’m feeding at the indoor rate according to jacks instructions.
