I'll start cropping the tops when at least half are milky and all the hairs but a few have gone red. Can take me a couple weeks to do it all and I don't like couch-lock. Making sure the trichs are fully formed and ready to burst is something else to look for and yours look good. Still mostly clear but fully formed and ripening.

no matter the number of ripe trichs. more important to pay attention to the mass of under developed ones.

After consideration from many replies on this forum and others, I have chosen to wait a little longer before harvest. I will post more pics within a week and see again. Thanks to everyone for the replies! Everyone has been really helpful so far!

Ok so I decided it was time to harvest! I checked the trichomes again this morning and felt like it was that time! I took some pics and any advice would be appreciated for the drying stage. I have turned my exhaust fan to the lowest setting (using fan speed controller) and I turned off the 8 inch black fan and turned on the small 6 inch white fan on low setting and pointed it down. I left the 2 side opening flaps on the tent open. I will check to see what the temps do tonight and report tomorrow with the degrees and humidity.

What happened to waiting?!?!?! looks like you were about 10-14 days early to me. They were just about to start packing on weight.
Well also another reason why I chose to harvest today is for the fact that my LED light was acting a little funny the past 2 days (flickering) and I checked it this morning better and seen this white "stuff" that is on the inside near the LED's. I contacted the company today and awaiting email to see what they say. Has this happened to anyone else?

Ok so here are my temps in the tent for the past 24 hours. These should hold steady for the drying process.
