Does topping it in veg affect the growth in 12/12?

Drew how tall is it and how do the buds look(yield wise)?

it isn't actually budding yet, but there white hairs coming out in several spots, im giving it about a week before you will be able to stand over the plant and really notice the budding

oh in its about 3 ft tall

veg bout 8 inches. What did you use for lights?

im using 6 30watt daylight cfl's (the white looking ones) and 2 12'' fluro tubes keeping the lights about 3'' away all around the plant

u think i will at least get an OZ?

you should get more than an oz if you have enough light

i have 3 100 watt cfl's 1300 lumens each

yeah thats plenty you should get over an oz

yeah man next time i would say don't let the hight of your plant determine weather or not you flower it or not, i would say the best way to tell is those white hairs this means the plant is sexed and ready to be switched over to 12/12
