i transplanted into 7 gallon pots of soil so i think the roots are growing before the top does

Depending on what your ideas/goals are for the plant, its def ready to flip any time at all now.

Unless you wanna grow a tree or big ole bush, then i would give it more time and training, otherwise, let her rip now

obviously its not exact but "yield" is definitely increased exponentially by veg time
