Hi Mike, lije RM3 and others said, you have cloudy/clear trics; you could wait.So wait it out a bit longer?
However, most leaves pictured are toast, and there's little to no new activity, no new pistils and no new flower pushing though. If I had that situation I'd snip all the dried/dead leaves, they're not contributing. Expose as much bud as possible, raise lights to preserve trics, and give it a couple days. Too much dead leaf to do much more though. Or chop now. They're done..
