everyones opinion will probably be different. but I would say molasses for 4 days flush for 3 days then 24-48hrs dark and then harvest them. During the darkness they ripen a lot. And the trichs will increase. I personally like to harvest when the trichs are moslty cloudy with only a few amber for more thc content. THC is at its peak for 5 days if you wait to long you will end up with a sleepy buzz IMO (which i dont like)
