For all those commenting on my earlier post.. my plants have been in flower a good few days now they look nothing like they did in the pictures now.. and yh i had a mg def which i sorted but one of the plants kept its yellow colors no matter how much epsom,.cal mag i gave.. and the new growths totally overtaken it so none of that really matters now

You should do some cropping, LSTing, Fiming, HST and let it recover for a week then flip.

The training is for keeping your plant short and bushythe cropping and FiMing is to get better yields.

Yh i did top them,.havnt risked lst yet as i hear it takes time
next time try to keep them healthy before flower
What a silly answer.. i tried to keep them healthy and i did a damn good job for saying id never had to deal with any def before, i sorted it and my girls were on the mend and tbh just because a plant doesnt look that good in veg doesnt mean it wont flourish in flower.. look at my first grow.. plants didnt grow over a foot in veg with some kind of unknown defs yet i still managed to smash 5 and 6 oz of nice bud off each plant.. its not a fashion contest, its hard growing in coco coir with no experience, and i thought my girls looked pretty good apart from a couple of the old leafs which were the most affected, ive seen a hell of alot worse so to me you're been ass hole because your telling me to keep my plants healthier, and going to someone and asking them whats wrong with my plants which tell me you dont know yourself, i might be new to growing but im not idiot and i dont need guys like you trying have sly digs about how my girls look... nobody asked that question

The reason why i take offence to someone telling me i should keepy plants healthier is because its totally irrelevant to this post and secondly as a new grower im happy with the way my girls look, and to have someone who doesnt know anything about my plants or what ive gone through trying to keep them looking good offends me.

Some pics from my last grow, you see how they started off in veg? To me my plants now are an achievement compared to my last grow, they were 4 weeks old in the picture, but look how they progressed to giving me 5 and 6 oz plants.. my tops were literally stacked from top to bottom no space and they were huge, and i got that from plants that looked alot worse than the ones im growing now, and to me as a new grower someone coming along and basically telling me they dont look healthy is a sly dig, you didnt offer me any advice you just tried to make me feel like i havnt been doing a good enough job when i put my all into these plants, and why becausw at 4 weeks old a few not all but a few older leafs have yellowed.

I dont care if you think if anyone thinks im blowing this out of proportion, ive been on here long enough to know that what people say matters and certain growers on here are all to quick to put another grower down without trying to offer any sound advice, a comment like that can cause all kinds of paranoia when you first start growing, i just dont why when you look aty pics you automatically focus on the negatives, i feel like im progressing and someone can so easily just come along and try to undermine your progress.

No need to take offense to some of these guys. I'm 61 years old and saw more weed grow than the majority of them. You're doing fine. I've NEVER seen a perfect totally problem free everything always green grow yet and neither did any of them. Trust me.

Im not usually one to take offence easy but sometimes its hard not to, i think because i always seem to have a hard time battling defs probably because im growing coco coir, but thats all i know thats how i started and instead of giving up and trying soil im gonna stick with coco until i get it right.

Coco can be tricky. Had a friend who wanted me to grow one plant in coco beside the others in soil. He kept saying, 'I want to see how YOU do with it'. I am incredibly comfortable with soil and just didn't want to.

I do know it builds up with salts fast... and it kinda seems like manual hydroponics to me in a way... but I know it works.
You'll have to feel your way through it and tweak as necessary. Looks to me like you will do well with it.

To be fair, Ca and Mg should have been taken care of well before flower. I mean its extremly hard to spot the actual very beginning of Ca/Mg def. By the time you notice it, your ATLEAST if not longer a week or two in imo. Nice harvest btw a few post back

Well this is a tough crowd lol. I take everything here with a big grain of salt lol. And really like I've said many times, its a plant, just a plant. Lol Not really the place to gain knowledge because there is so much controversy that really how could a newb learn. 3/4's of the threads turn in to epic train crashes. Actually thats one of the reasons I'm here lol just to watch the drama unfold. Its really boring at the other site I'm on but you do have really good discussions, not so much here, but yup the odd one is good lol.

I hear that! Was on another smaller site that died after the owner became a published author. A more serious tone to the discussions there.

I can see this more like 9th grade... that was fun about 46 years ago.
