Reading Water Quality Report

Well all I could find for my town was a 2012 Water Quality Report, but I don't really understand how to read the damn thing, do I have hard water, soft water, etc? I don't see chloramine on there...so hopefully they don't use that haha. I emailed my water company to see how I could get a water quality report more recent...any help???
