Would a pollinated plant produce mature seeds if reverted to veg a few weeks after being knocked up?
Not at all ..plants like yours have 2 distinct periods of growth veg and flowerWould a pollinated plant produce mature seeds if reverted to veg a few weeks after being knocked up?
I agree. Takes 1 1/2 months minimum to mature seeds.Never tried it but my answer is no.
fuck I wanna Spliff right now Hmmmm ..lolCool—thanks for the answers. Kind of figured it wouldn’t work. Just curious and hadn’t read anything about it
Funny—I just quit tobacco a month ago and a spliff sounds great...won’t let it happen thoughfuck I wanna Spliff right now Hmmmm ..lol

Interesting.I had pollinated a flowering plant about a week before I harvested it and left the branch on that got dusted and flipped it to veg the day I harvested. By the time the plant started showing new growth 5 weeks later the seeds were ripe.
I only pollinated because a buddy brought over some pollen and it was the only flowering plant I had at the time so gave it a try and it worked. Didn't want to wait for the seeds before flipping back to 18/6 and I'm always up for an experiment.
I had a similar thing. I ran out of room in the tent so put a plant outside when the days were long. The plant re-vegged but the seeds continued to develop and ripened fully. I think once the seeds are forming they can continue to develop even if the plant is put back into vegetative lighting hours.I had pollinated a flowering plant about a week before I harvested it and left the branch on that got dusted and flipped it to veg the day I harvested. I’m super inexperienced BUT this is exactly what I was wondering about! Very interestingI had a similar thing. I ran out of room in the tent so put a plant outside when the days were long. Yes, but I don't see why you would do it on purpose, for reasons stated above. I had to leave the house for a while and left some seedlings in solo cups. The person in charge watered them alright, but forgot to turn the light on at night so they went to flower, a male among them. When I came back I put them on a 24 hour light schedule, they took a looong time to reveg and start growing again, and then some sweet time growing single fingered leaves. Just this week, as I transplanted them, I picked a few mature seeds from the now vegging plants, although most calyxes wilted and dried. So if I wanted, I could have the seeds grown by the time I finish their mother, which I thought was odd but kind of cool.Would a pollinated plant produce mature seeds if reverted to veg a few weeks after being knocked up?
Yeah basically I have some males outside in flower and put a female out there (veg) for space reasons for a couple days. Was wondering if I left her a few more weeks if that would be a safe way to pollinate and maintain space before grabbing another tent.Yes, but I don't see why you would do it on purpose, for reasons stated above. It might work. Give it a try. If there are white pistils you can pollinate. What do you have to lose?Yeah basically I have some males outside in flower and put a female out there (veg) for space reasons for a couple days.
