can just feed with organics after you flush out the salt based, high p and k guano are great.

after you taste the buds you wont regret it, grown organics for 2 years after fuckin with advanced for a year, all i can say is theres nowhere you could go but up whenever you switch. its much better to use synthetics when its not personal nug, organics can get complicated with like 50 plants.

some people say water 2x the pot size, like if you have a 1 gal water with 2 gals, but i usually just fill her up till i see some water, let the water drain out, do it again. usually do this about 3 times, depends how burned a plant is though.

if they're not getting tip burn, yes, you can give them more. and molasses is good for the last few weeks, not too much though.

could always do bat guano, you need that P and K for the last few weeks, thats when some serious swelling happens.
