The only argument for using MH is that HPS is prone to making plants stretch, increasing distance between nodes during veg, theoretically resulting in fewer bud sites and too-tall plants. I bought the MH on that theory and the cuttings I take from plants grown under it are indeed more 'nodey'. I just regret moving it into my flower room. Lesson learned.
