since you have a grow tent, id imagine you in a well developed country dude. For my clones and seedling I just bought 60 LED Tube lights in 3000k & 5000k for about $20 total which takes care of my 16 site cloner and 30 some odd seedlings. Your best option is to source your parts from Digikey or Arrow and just assemble your own from parts.
Based on your growing space you would need about 1000 watts of LED, which translates to $300 in LED Drivers and $300 for the LED strips (BXEB) and when you include the other parts need you looking at about $800. Now if you wanted to skip all of this and source from China your looking at about $1000.
