rainforest 66 system with autoflowers

hey, so i have a rainforest 66 system with 6 pots available to grow in. I am wondering if a perpetual grow with auto flowers would be okay in it? I plan to grow 3 at a time, so when one is harvested i have one ready to go in to keep it at 3 at all times. would the root systems of these plants, being about no more then 3ft tall get twisted and mangled to the point i could not use this system as a perpetual grow? or would i be able to pull the one harvested plant out no problem and put an other one in an other hole, always alternating between the 6 spots.

The system holds max of 17 gallons of water, but its recommended to stay at 13 gallons. I am going to put fish bubbler inside it, to air rate the water. i will also be emptying the system once a week and giving it fresh nutes.

The roots will get tangled in a single reservoir like that.
If you try to separate them(not really possible) you will leave broken roots behind that will rot.

okay, so i will put them into like 5/7 gallon pots with some peatmoss and other additives then because thats all i got to go with untill i build or purchase single bucket hydro system which i will do in a few months for sure. thanks for the reply
