bud rot is not a "given" in rainy conditions like strawberries some cultivars are more prone to infection also handeling your buds without using a clean hand or gloves can infect them if you have handeled spores from other buds...
leaf blower not a bad idea .

I said Jk because I wasn't sure if the fumes from the 2 cycle engine would make the plant smell like oil/gas? My clothes usually do after using it especially for longer periods of time. An extension cord with a box fan might work as well.

First time it's rained in months, humidity is normally around 10%. I've just never had my finished buds rained on like this.

Almost everyone I know up in this area has pulled their plants cause of the rain, my buddies left some sour d that was twice the size of the plant in your picture and they think it'll be okay, the sun peeking out now so hopefully she dries off! I'd give her a little shake and hope for the best.
