Rain and bud rot

I was just reflecting on my first grow last year. Not the first time did I ever bring my plant out of the rain because it was in the ground. I never put fans on it or anythng. I never had any bud rot. Now this year I have been doing major research of indoor and outdoor grows and see a lot of stuff like "its going to rain do I need to bring my ladies in"? Most replies are yes or at least shake the water off and put fans on it. Was I just lucky?

1st there are strains mold resistand
2nd there are places that dont allow mold infest anything easilly even if they get much rain

Depends alot on humidity.

i put a plastic tent over mine that we made, just in case.... and also, its not recommended to harvest directly after raining due to mold during the drying process. so my worry is it is not going to stop,so i wont have a harvest window. another plus to the plastic tent. good luck
