Probably no one uses drying racks. Those and screens are for fuck ups on the chop.

Drying racks work great if you have volume and can control the environment

I got a dryrack under my bed, piece of crap, makes yah bud have flat spots. Cardboardbox #1 method

Screens are excellent to trim on. Not sure why everyone doesnt use them.



Drying racks have their place, I have a 5 tier one that is excellent for smaller mids/ popcorn or whatever wasn't trimmed properly to hang on the lines/ clothes hangers. I turn the larger ones so they dont go flat.

I use 6x 6 tier ones for the past 5yrs, and never an issue. Rotate/mix up the buds 2x daily and zero flat spots. It's not that big of a deal to mix up bids for 3 mins 2x a day.

I use a 3 tier in a 2x2 tent, good extraction, good air circulation, and fresh air entry combined with exhausted veg tent air. Drys in 10 days, just move the buds daily as mentioned above. No problem with flat spots once you dont pile the buds on top of each other, lay them out nicely so air can circulate through them.

I use bread trays lol. They stack real nice. Leave buds on stems while drying and the bread trays work great. Plenty of airflow.

I have a small, three tier drying rack, 12” x 8” and each section is 4” high. Small enough to insert into a brown grocery bag, clamp shut and hang. Double bag to slow down the drying process in dry climates like the desert area I live in.

I use a rack. Never have flat spots.

It's inside a 2-car garage, against the side access door. Tent was out of the question due to temp and humidity swings. Size 4x8x8.
Using Rigid foam 4x8 sheets.
Walls 1 1/2 inch. Ceiling 2 inch thick.
