Why wash clothes when they get clean ones for free where they eat and sleep? You made that shit up and when I pointed out that it seems extremely unlikely, you try to pretend I am ignorant. Truth is, you're try to claim charity that you didn't do. All part of your empty self-righteousness.

You are an idiot. Not all homeless people actually go to a shelter. I can tell you now, some actually sleep on the streets,under bridge, abandon buildings. I know a few that wash who live in boarding ROOMS.They have no washing machine nor dryer You talk that you work at a homeless shelter:roll: Then you should know that it's only so many beds. You must be from some small ass hick city with no serious homeless problem. . Glad to see your city is able to provide all your homeless with a bed and free clean clothes everyday...mine does not. DO you mind if I can tell some of these homeless here where they can go to find these things each night.

What city are you in? We would be more than happy to send your local shelter some clothing. We have more than we can give away. I suspect they already have the same problem, too. A person living in a boarding room isn't homeless. The homeless don't have to sleep here to get clothing. Most don't want to stay here overnight. But we still have to turn many away. I see you start every post with "You are a .....", followed by some doubtful claim that just doesn't make sense. Homeless people can be found nearly everywhere. Anyone can see they are never carrying any extra clothing. Your claims of charity are false. I suspect you're not "black/brown" either. Funny way to describe yourself. Fags like red don't know shit about being without anything. He's had everything handed to his ass his entire life. He's never spent a minute sleeping on the streets. He has absolutely ZERO experience being a nobody. He could never understand why someone would be so fucked up to the point of suicide. He only knows how to burn families alive.

Davenport sends the homeless away. Lack of beds. Madison same thing. Milwaukee has similar problems and in winter will rent out motel rooms for women and children if your male or is warm out you find what you can.

Ima bout to rant on this here: I'll try to restain myself.

I used to share (somewhat) the opinion of those that thought homeless people really don't want to work, blah blah, all the standard things. UNTIL I worked with some. I didn't really volunteer to assuage any guilt I had for having a decent life, but I figured quite simply, if it were me in their shoes, I'd sure appreciate the support.

At the risk of sounding trite, these people are just that: people. They all have their own stories. Okay, so maybe they don't cope with stress in the same way "successful" people do, and they drink, drug, or just unplug from life. The fact is no one knows the whole story about ANYONE. Period.

YOu can pass commitment laws, panhandling laws, etc, but no matter how may laws are in place, you can't place a law on the human heart, meaning you can't legislate morality. There will always be compassionate people and there will always be self righteous dicks. I'm not labeling anyone on this thread in either category. Just ask yourself honestly: Which one are you?
